With our agile knowledge transfer program, consisting of impulse sessions, daily stand-ups, business breakfasts/lunches as well as focus days and e-learning, we ensure that knowledge is exchanged across the different sites and business units.
Psyma-Wiki serves as our global exchange platform.
During the entire onboarding process, our new employees are supported by a mentor who also provides intensive training for the first few months.
Promoting personal and team-oriented opportunities for further development is very important to us. Our employees benefit, for example from a wide range of training opportunities through the Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. (BVM) (Professional association of German market and social researchers) and take part in demand-oriented in-house seminars, workshops and also external training courses.
