Below you will find information on the collection of your personal data which is in accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO.
During the application process, the following data is collected:

• Last name, first name
• Address
• Contact data
• In addition, we also use data that we obtain from publicly authorized directories (e.g. professional networks)

Purpose and duration of storing data during the application process:

By submitting your data, you agree that we store and process the data exclusively for the duration of the application process. All personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality within the company in accordance with the DSGVO.

We will use the personal data you provide exclusively for processing your application. Your application documents will only be passed on or otherwise transferred to persons involved in the application process. Your application documents will not be passed on to third parties.

If you have applied for a specific position and this position has already been filled, or if we also consider you suitable for another position, we will only forward your application within our company after consulting with you. After the application process has ended, your personal data will be deleted if your application is not considered, unless you expressly consent to it being stored beyond this point. Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time in the future.

Beginning a permanent position, an apprenticeship or a traineeship: (DSGVO Art. 13, Sentence 2, Subparagraph 5)

Once the employment contract has been ratified, the data is processed in a personnel file. At the beginning of an apprenticeship, the data is forwarded to the IHK and the vocational school. Please also refer to the IHK information sheet on data protection. This will be sent to you with the contract.
