AI LIVE combines qualitative and quantitative research techniques in a single, consolidated project. It is agile, efficient, flexible and offers a user-friendly research experience for all participants.
All participants log on to the platform at a specific time for the AI Live Session and “chat” at the same time – but do not interact directly with each other.
During the session, a P+E moderator sends the questions from the guide to the participants, who answer these questions within a set time frame.
The participants answer the questions individually and then give their consent to the anonymised answers of the other participants (AI-based). All information and insights can be viewed live and in real time.
As a customer, you can follow this session live. The P+E team will guide you through the session visually and acoustically.
