Maria Beulshausen-Heinze joined PSYMA GROUP AG as Human Resources Manager in 2022. After completing her training and working as a hotel manager, she trained as a human resources specialist. She also successfully completed a part-time degree in psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen. At Psyma, she contributes her experience in employee and management consulting across the entire employee lifecycle as well as her coaching expertise.
