Frank leads Psyma‘s E-Business, IT & Telecoms research practices and supports clients in optimizing and aligning their touchpoints, especially in the digital area. In 2001, he co-founded Psyma Online Research and heads the business unit since then. As of 2012, he is also member of the board & CIO of PSYMA GROUP AG, the parent company of all Psyma subsidiaries.
