Dr. Javier Cervantes, Sergio Juarez, Francisco Garcia and Simeon Pickers moderated the workshops and exposed a rich curriculum in 8 modules, from “Identification and Documentation of Information Requirements” to “Reporting and Presenting Results to the Management”, including the principals of conventional research techniques as well as new methods and approaches based in recent technologies.
