Jeff joined Psyma's headquarters in Europe, Germany, in 1996. He then started Psyma International Inc., the US-based affiliate of the Psyma Group, in 1997. From its inception, the company has emulated his high level of commitment to relationship building and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
Jeff has nearly 15 years of experience in global marketing research. His insightful recommendations and tactical savvy mean that clients frequently collaborate with him on brands facing particularly difficult challenges. Jeff is also a strong advocate of the "true consulting" model, wherein the market researcher becomes an active part of the process of brand development and marketing.
Jeff is a native of France and has personally conducted a variety of successful projects in most key markets worldwide. His expertise in synthesizing information from many countries into focused, actionable results has proven especially beneficial for clients with global research questions.
Jeff is at the forefront of Psyma's continued focus on innovation and implementing leading-edge techniques. Most recently, he has built a new division aiming at integrating unique "voice of the consumer" approaches into the pharmaceutical and healthcare arena.
Jeff has a degree in Marketing and International Business, having studied in Paris, France and at Northeastern University (Boston, MA). He is fluent in French, German and English.
