WEBINAR: “The Global Doctor”

Pharmaceuticals have become one of the most globalized products. They are marketed worldwide, often branded under one name and supported by global communication campaigns and international positioning strategies. But to what extent do the prescribers share common values and motivations? Which messages reach them? What are the psychological and social drivers of their medical behavior?



Psyma and SSRI teamed together to conduct a global study that identifies similarities and differences in physicians’ attitudes, lifestyles and motivations around the world. Six hundred physicians – half primary care physicians and half specialists – were surveyed in early 2007 to provide answers to these queries. Countries include the USA, Germany, Spain, Mexico, China and Japan.
