Process

Simple and interactive question design and complex analysis with delivery of clear and actionable results:

  • Qualitative: a number of face to face interviews e.g. during a usability test, uncovers comprehensibility and ideas which can be scrutinized in-depth.
  • Quantitative studies: (using online intercept or panels) allow for a valid assessment which terms are preferred.
