Aims
Bringing you in direct contact with the voice of your customers – interactive access to individual comments generated by participants in your Psyma survey.
There is no longer the need to trawl through answers to open-ended questions or to be content with an overview of coded comments, you can now search for comments with a range of filters at the click of a mouse.
Results
Psyma’s Verbatim Wizard, is a solution enabling you to pull out important customer comments quickly and effectively.
Interactive filters help display the actual comments that are specific to your need and the search results also indicate the frequency with which other related comments appear. Typical filters are:
- Target groups (e.g. customer groups, age groups, purchase horizon)
- Time periods (e.g. comments from specific days, weeks or months)
- Categories (e.g. for a specific problem, for a special positive or negative aspect, recommendations)
