Applications
- Newsletter evaluation among subscribers:
- One-off evaluation (ad-hoc study).
- Regular evaluation at longer intervals (e.g. 1x per year) or more frequently, but with reduced scope of questioning.
- Newsletter evaluation among non-subscribers (obstacles to use and opportunities).
