The nucleus of Psyma´s Central and Eastern Europe activities lies in Prague. The first contacts between Psyma headquarters in Germany (in the person of the Psyma founder Dr. Klaus Haupt) and Dr. Hilda Bartova and Dr. Vladimir Barta (the later founders of Psyma Praha) go back to the late ´60s. Since then, an extensive exchange of know-how and experience has taken place. Research projects have been conducted by us in many Eastern European countries long before other agencies entered these markets. Psyma Praha became the heart and the soul of Psyma´s Eastern Europe activities which led to the founding of research companies in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Lithuania. Due to an excellent and proven network, Psyma covers all countries of the former “Eastern Block” with its research capabilities.
